4.24 Environmental
The DCISC’s responsibility is reviewing DCPP operational nuclear safety; however, some of those activities and items reviewed have related to non-radiological environmental aspects. Where this has been the case, the DCISC has reviewed the environmental areas as well. The DCISC has consistently found that implementation of DCPP environmental programs appeared satisfactory and that there were few or no reported non-routine or non-compliance environmental events. Thus, this section of the report will be discontinued; however, the DCISC will remain sensitive to environmental matters.
