1.7 Documentation of DCISC Activities
DCISC activities and meetings are documented for public information in several ways as described below. All documents are available at the Reference Department at the California Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) R.E. Kennedy Library in San Luis Obispo, CA.
The DCISC’s Annual Report, covering the period July 1 through June 30, is published each year is a comprehensive description of Committee activities throughout the period. The report is made available on the Committee website (www.dcisc.org) and is provided on compact disk format to local San Luis Obispo City and County public libraries and interested persons.
Minutes of each Public Meeting are contained in the Annual Report in Exhibits B.3, B.6, and B.9.
A transcript of each Public Meeting is maintained at the Cal Poly Library.
Reports of DCISC visits to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant are contained in the Annual Report.
DCISC public meetings are recorded and cablecast over the San Luis Obispo local public access television channel and are available by streaming video, through the link to County Meetings on www.slospan.org.
The DCISC issues press releases before and after its public meetings concerning topics it believes to be of particular interest within the community
