DCISC Committee Consultant Jim E. Booker

Jim E. Booker, a Registered Professional Engineer, holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University, Beaumont Texas. Jim E. Booker retired in March 1994, after a 38-year career with Gulf States Utility Company, having been directly associated from 1972 to 1994 with the River Bend Nuclear Power Station. Mr. Booker has been a Consultant to the DCISC since 1994. In this capacity he participates in technical and programmatic reviews of the safety of Diablo Canyon nuclear operations, DCISC Public Meetings, and development of the DCISC Fact-finding reports and Annual Report.
