Update on the Committee’s Discussions of the Events at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant in Japan

The DCISC members continue to follow the events in Japan closely, as information on the Fukushima Daiichi station continues to be released by the Japanese authorities and carefully analyzed by experts in the U.S. nuclear industry.  Recognizing that the process is still ongoing, the Committee scheduled discussion with and presentations by PG&E on these topics during its June 21, 22, 2011 public meeting. Those presentations are available to members of the public here.
